Shipping & Handling Policies:

For small items: We
usually use USPS Priority mail package for US
orders. International orders will be shipped via USPS International
Express mail only.

We reserve the right
to choose shipping method, if you prefer a certain carrier please
contact us before ordering.

We will usually ship within 24-48 hours after
payment has been received.
Not included non-business days.

Our business day
is Monday thru Friday except holidays.

All duties, taxes, and
shipping rates associated with international shipping charges are
the responsibility of the customer.

No local pickup.
Return and
Exchange Policies:

Most of our brand new products
carry a six months warranty against manufacturer's defects in material and
workmanship. To return a product, please include the invoice, receipt, your
name and daytime phone number, together with a description of the reason for
the return.

External chargers for
Laptop/Notebook batteries carry six months warranty.

The seller must be notified of any Dead On Arrival (DOA) products
within 10 days of the invoice date. The warranty will be based on original invoice
date.

There will be 20% restocking fee on all refused shipments or returned
merchandise unless its defective or under our mistake. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

No "returns for credit" after
15 days from the invoice date, it will be only "return for replacement"
after 15 days, Buyer needs to pay shipping cost for replacement.

All merchandise return for credit, repair
or exchanges must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. No RMA will be processed without the order number and correct invoices.

Requesting an RMA
number by emailing us at
RMA@mlcomp.com. When requesting an RMA, please provide the following information available: item number,
serial number, invoice number, and the reason for returning the
merchandise .

The Customer is responsible for returning
freight charges.

All merchandise returns MUST be
shipped freight prepaid, products MUST be received
within 10 days of the RMA issuance date in their ORIGINAL PACKAGES and include all
ORIGINAL MANUALS and
ACCESSORY ITEMS. Order number must be clearly marked on
the boxes. Failing to do so will result in delayed RMA processing. A
copy of invoice as "Proof of Purchase" is Absolutely required.

Return products will be tested before sending out
a replacement. If the products are not found to be defective after
testing, we will send them back at the customer's expense.
Please make sure that the products are unusable before sending
them back or give us a call for tech support. If the return products are
damaged by improper use, we reserve the right not to send a replacement
or not issue a refund.

MLComp.com will NOT be responsible for any lost
package and/or accessories during shipping. Shipping charge are DEFINITELY NOT refundable.

No returns, or exchanges for
packages with missing series number sticker or labels (Bar Code).

We will not processed RMA and warranty
will be voided if we find: Any physical damage to the items.
Any permanent marks or scuffs on the items.
Any modification to the
items. Modification includes, but not limit to, cutting or changing wires or
connectors.
