First time buying an "External Battery Charger"?

Please follow these 3 steps for purchase:

1. Does the part number of your laptop battery match our description?

    If the laptop brand/model matches but the part number of the battery is not in the description, please contact us. Sometimes, we are slow to update the list.

2. Voltage is important when selecting the right charger.

    14.4v & 14.8v are in Group A.

    10.8v & 11.1v are in Group B.

    7.4v is in Group C.

    For Voltage, the battery and charger need to be in the same group. Otherwise, it won't work.

    For example, if your battery is 14.8v then don't purchase group B or C charger.

3. Is your current battery still chargeable ? ( i.e. still alive )

    When an old battery is discharged and idle for too long then it will die.

    All of our chargers are brand new. We always test them before shipping it out but it can't charge a dead battery.

PS. "External Battery Charger" also called "Standalone Battery Charger" are not the same as "AC Adapter or Battery Charger".
