"External Battery Charger" Troubleshooting

All chargers are brand new and tested before they are shipped out.

Possible reasons why the charger is not working:

1. Your current battery is dead.

When an old battery is discharged and idle too long then it'll die.

Please get another good battery to try with the charger.

2. Purchased the wrong model.

Please double check the part number of your battery matches the description on our web page.

3. Purchased the right model but with different voltage.

    14.4v & 14.8v are Group A.

    10.8v & 11.1v are Group B.

    7.4v is Group C.

For voltage, the battery and charger need to be in the same group. Otherwise, it won't work.

For example, if your battery is 11.1v then only a group B charger will work.

4. The battery is good but the Red light is not on.

When charging the battery, the Red LED light will not turn on if the energy level of the battery is lower than 5%, please keep charging it for at least 2 hours. The Red LED will come on later if the battery is charging.

The Red LED light will not turn on if the energy level of the battery is over 90%. Run down the energy of the battery then re-charge it. You should see both lights on when it is charging.

When charging the battery, the Red LED light will turn off when the energy level of the battery is reach 90%, please keep charging it and the charger will cut off the power automatically when it is 100% charged.

5. If the laptop still can't be powered on by the battery, that maybe a problem with the laptop.

* Please read the instructions & see our online picture as a reference when connecting the battery. Connecting the battery incorrectly will void the chargers warranty and damage the battery.
